The 62 rooms are split between two wings. Garden Wing rooms open onto a terrace with a garden view. Banyan Wing rooms are individually decorated with antique style furnishings.

- Ferries from Phuket leave from Rassada Pier in Phuket Town and take about 2 hours. Rassada Pier is about 1 hour by car from Phuket Airport.
- Ferries from Krabi leave from Klong Jirad Pier, south of Krabi Town, and take about 90 minutes. The pier is about 30 minutes by car from Krabi Airport.
- Ferries arrive at Tonsai Pier. From there the hotel is about 5 minutes on foot.
- Guests should contact the hotel at least 72 hours before arrival with the details on their booking confirmation.
- Guests landing at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon may need to stay on the mainland and take a morning ferry.
