- Ferries from Phuket leave from Rassada Pier in Phuket Town and take about 2 hours. Rassada Pier is about 1 hour by car from Phuket Airport.
- Ferries from Krabi leave from Klong Jirad Pier, south of Krabi Town, and take about 90 minutes. The pier is about 30 minutes by car from Krabi Airport.
- Boats from Koh Lanta, Ao Nang (Nopparat Thara Pier) and Railay also run to Tonsai Pier.
- From Tonsai Pier the hotel is less than 2 minutes on foot and can be seen from the pier.
