Jasmin is a laid back beachside restaurant at Laem Tong, far from the bustle of Tonsai. The building is open sided, with wood and greenery, and a covered upstairs terrace looks out over the sea.
Fresh fish is the reason to come. Try grilled sea bass or lemon steamed fish, garlic and pepper shrimp, or a panang or massaman curry.
The kitchen is happy to adapt Thai dishes for vegetarians and vegans, and there is a full bar for cocktails. The restaurant has been refurbished in recent years.
